Built in 2005, the development includes approximately 11,500 square feet of retail space in two buildings on more than one acre. Original tenants included Taco Time and Quiznos, along with additional retail and service businesses.

Located along Stayton’s main commercial corridor, the property offers strong street visibility and convenient access near Highway 22. The center is directly across from Stayton High School and Regis High School and serves customers from Stayton and nearby communities. The project reflects Rushing Properties’ experience developing neighborhood retail centers designed for a mix of restaurant, service, and retail tenants.
