Rushing Properties developed this multi-tenant retail center along Commercial Street in Salem, Oregon. Built in 1999, the approximately 6,500-square-foot center was developed for Subway, Check-n-Go, and Blockbuster. The project provided flexible retail space for a mix of restaurant, financial service, and entertainment businesses.

Located along one of Salem’s major commercial corridors, the development offers strong visibility and convenient access to nearby neighborhoods, shopping, and services.
