Starbucks & Quiznos in Newport, OR

The Starbucks and Quiznos development in Newport, Oregon, is a ±3,500-square-foot retail center developed by Rushing Properties on approximately half an acre. Located along N Coast Highway, the project was designed for national restaurant tenants and provided convenient access and visibility along one of Newport’s main commercial corridors.

The development was home to Starbucks and Quiznos and included drive-thru access serving the restaurant tenants. The project is part of Rushing Properties’ portfolio of retail developments throughout Oregon and reflects the company’s experience developing smaller retail centers for national brands.
