Starbucks, Papa Murphy’s & Quiznos

Rushing Properties developed this multi-tenant retail center at 244 E Ellendale Avenue in Dallas, Oregon. The approximately 4,000-square-foot development sits on a half-acre site and was designed for Starbucks, Papa Murphy’s, and Quiznos. The project brought several well-known national restaurant brands together in a compact and convenient retail location.

Located along Ellendale Avenue, one of Dallas’ main commercial routes, the development provides strong visibility and easy access for local residents and passing traffic. The project reflects Rushing Properties’ experience developing smaller retail centers that combine national brands with high-traffic locations and convenient customer access.
