Rushing Properties developed the Lincoln City Starbucks along Highway 101 in Lincoln City, Oregon. The freestanding retail property was designed for the national coffee brand and includes drive-thru service, customer parking, and convenient access from the city’s main commercial route.

Located along Highway 101, the property benefits from strong visibility and traffic from local residents and visitors traveling the Oregon Coast.
