About Rushing Properties | Oregon Real Estate Development

From the Ground Up

At Rushing Properties and Development, we believe great development starts with understanding what a community needs.

For more than two decades, we have developed retail, multifamily, and mixed-use properties throughout Oregon. From neighborhood shopping centers to apartment communities, our goal is to create properties that serve the people who live, work, shop, and gather there.
