Red Lobster – Bend

Rushing Properties developed the Red Lobster restaurant property along North Highway 97 in Bend, Oregon. Built in 2003, the freestanding restaurant includes approximately 8,700 square feet on a 1.83-acre site and was designed for the national seafood restaurant brand.

Located along one of Bend’s major retail corridors, the property benefits from strong visibility and nearby national retailers, including Target, Lowe’s, and The Home Depot. The project reflects Rushing Properties’ experience developing large freestanding restaurant properties for national brands in busy regional shopping areas.
