Rushing Properties developed the McDonald’s Kuebler property at 5090 Commercial Street SE in Salem, Oregon. Built in 2002, the freestanding restaurant includes approximately 3,900 square feet on a 0.95-acre site and features drive-thru service for the national fast-food brand.

Located along Commercial Street near Kuebler Boulevard, the property benefits from a busy South Salem retail location surrounded by shopping, restaurants, services, and established neighborhoods. The project reflects Rushing Properties’ experience developing freestanding restaurant properties for national brands in high-traffic commercial areas.
