Single Family Subdivision Destiny Drive

Rushing Properties developed the Destiny Drive single-family residential subdivision in McMinnville, Oregon. The project created residential lots along NE Destiny Drive for the development of detached single-family homes in an established area of the city.

The Destiny Drive project shows Rushing Properties’ experience beyond retail and multifamily development. By developing land for new single-family homes, the project helped add housing opportunities to the growing McMinnville community while creating a residential neighborhood designed for long-term use.
