Cold Stone, Great Clips, Heritage Mall

Rushing Group developed a retail pad project at Heritage Mall in Albany, Oregon, featuring Cold Stone Creamery, Great Clips, and Love Love Teriyaki. Located within one of Albany’s main retail areas, the project added restaurant and service businesses to the larger regional shopping center.

The development reflects Rushing Group’s experience working with national, regional, and local retail tenants to create well-located commercial spaces. Its location at Heritage Mall provided the businesses with access to an established shopping destination, surrounding retailers, and customers from throughout the Albany area.
