Rushing Lincoln City Adams Creek at Wiltsey is part of a major retail development located along Commercial Street in South Salem, Oregon. Developed by Rushing Properties, the project included approximately 50,000 square feet of retail development across approximately eight acres. The center was designed to bring national, regional, and local businesses to one of South Salem’s growing commercial areas.
